About NGA's Geophysical Services Division

Northwest Geophysical Associates, Inc. (NGA), has been offering geophysical services to geotechnical, environmental, and groundwater clients across the country for over 25 years. NGA's broad range of expertise includes non-invasive, non-destructive surface and borehole geophysical techniques.

NGA was founded in 1981 by a group of geophysicists, geologists and computer scientists. It is a veteran-owned small business with offices in Corvallis, Oregon.

NGA's geophysical services group is lead by Dr. Rowland French, R.G., who has over 20 years of experience in engineering geophysics. He has directed geophysical programs throughout the western United States, Canada and the Pacific Rim. Dr. French is a Registered Geologist in the states of Oregon and Washington and a registered Geophysicist in the state of California. NGA's geophysical services are supported by a staff of four geophysicists and geologists with over 100 years of combined experience.
